"As compared to my other stays around NZ over the last 40 years this place is an average to basic motel but the price for the room was excessive. I understand it was RWC weekend but the premises didn't command that sort of price. A rip off. The greeting was pleasant and the room clean but small, no milk in fridge, no information about breakfast availability." Kevin Taylor, 20 October 2011
