"A good stay. Super convenient to Turoa Ski field!!!! The unit was warm and cosy. Willy was a great help with any questions or info that we needed. Kitchen is separate to the units and you need to wander down to get all your utensils etc. Not a major though!!

"The place was clean and tidy but had a few things missing and not working. Tv, cups, drying room etc... Not sure i would stay again because the place had two or three over bookings. People booking online and maybe phone bookings. We managed to stay but others had to find accomodation out of town. If i was you I would find a way to eliminate this problem as it is a long way to travel to find you have no where to stay." Anonymous, 3 September 2008

"Willy was great - relaxed but good service. No office set up so make sure you have the contact phone # to call the caretaker when you get there. Rooms were really good and all linen & towels were provided. TV sucked, no reception and only 1 channel so make sure you take DVD's if not going out every night. "Incorrect information provided, about DVD Player (not working), drying room and shared kitchen. Neither of these existed. Its false advertising.

On Thames Apartments Response: Thanks for your feedback, the dvd player has now been fixed, and ezibed have removed the drying room as a facility, we have found the most efficient way to dry your snow gear is by using the heaters in each room, and its much more secure... have not been able to find any mention of the shared kitchen on the website.... thanks On Thames Apartments.
