"Currently (Sept 2008) undergoing renovations - the rooms are comfortable and clean. There's no Bistro (though the sign is still there) and whilst some staff are up with the customer service ethic, some aren't and I observed one poor customer with kids in tow wanting a meal being advised in gibberish that it's unlikely and can't you see it's being rebuilt - bad form." Matthew Gardner, 22 September 2008
