The lift did not work so carrying our bags to the 2nd floor was not a very nice introduction to our weekend. This Hotel is tired and shabby. Our neighbours were VERY noisey too. However the receptionist on the Sunday morning was lovely. Sorry Quality Hotel Lincoln Green, we will not be staying with you again." Jo, 22 February 2012

"Overall OK but fitout of new room left a bit to be desired, ie, no clock, bathrooom light switch in main room which meant light shone on anyone else in bed before the bathroom door closed, hard to get kettle under the tap to fill it up, no shelf in shower for shampoos, flannels etc, no lever in basin to lift the plug.
