"The room was nice and clean and with everything you needed - great little kitchen, bathroom and laundry. On the downside it was pretty loud because it was positioned over a motorway, which meant even when it was hot you couldn't really open the window. The second bedroom was tiny and had no curtain which is not ideal for children and sleep! The service wasn't very good - a bit reluctant to help and the customer certainly wasn't right." "Spacious, clean and comfortable at affordable rate." Hamish McPhail, 13 November 2011
"Great location and easy walking into town and stadium. The room had a huge kitchen and lounge area although smaller bedroom in comparison. Would stay here again." M Johns, 3 August 2011
"Location is perfect and lots of space with a living room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms." Tom De Bruin, 6 April 2011
"Adequate in every way. The staff were absolutely lovely and our room was tidy, clean and perfectly suited to our needs." Courtney Addison, 10 March 2011
"Overall good, though found rooms relatively small - only room for beds and not much else - eg suitcases (Though did have wardrobes), and shower pressure low." Anonymous, 9 February 2011
"We were on the 13 floor overlooking the city, very nice view. Staff were very polite and friendly on both arrival and departure. Parking to drop off baggage or check in was non-existant. The car park at rear of building is certainly NOT made for large cars and needed several forward / reverse manuervres to get up and down. The room was very nice, well equipped and clean too. The only minor issue was the windows needed to be cleaned on inside from previous tennant. Other than that we were happy with our stay at the Quest." Bruce, 8 December 2010
"Very nice, comfortable room with lots of space. We were 5 people." Alison Eaton, 4 November 2010
"We enjoyed the stay. The staff were pleasant and very helpful." Daniel Dhanapaul, 26 February 2010
"We have stayed at Quest Hotel apartments before but will defintely not be going back to stay at this one. There was no where to park outside it to drop off our bags and check in so we had to find a park two blocks away and walk back up the hill to check in. We were then told the carpark was behind the hotel so once parked we had to walk another 1.5 blocks back up the hill with our bags. My husband will be 70 this year and wears a leg brace and we were not offered any assistance. There were four stairs up to the lifts and they watched us struggle up them with our bags. When we got to our so called apartment there were stairs going down in to it and then we found more stairs going up to the bedroom which was so small we had to put our bags in the kitchen as there was no where to put them in the bedroom. Five minutes after entering the room we rang to tell them we would be unable to stay the second night due to my husbands disability and were told we would still be charged for it if we checked out the next morning. We then rang Ezibed and within a few minutes of hanging up reception rang to say we would not be charged for the second night afterall. Many thanks Ezibed!! The hotel itself and our room were very shabby and definately not worth the $181 per night nor the four stars they displayed at reception." Penny Felton, 25 February 2010
"Very nice, modern apartment, but on the small side for 4 people." Nicholas, 25 December 2009
"The location is very convenient, being within easy walking distance of most of the city centre. However, there were a number of issues that made the stay less than enjoyable: the hallway outside the room I was staying had an EXTREMELY strong curry odour (that fortunately could not be detected inside the room) and neither the fan nor the heater in the bathroom worked. Also, the first-floor room was in close proximity to a motorway exit ramp, making it rather noisy inside. Given the previous high positive ratings of this particular Quest hotel, I expected a much higher standard of basic maintenance than what was provided." Robert Sanders, 26 May 2009
"Convienient location, with easy access to the city and university. Very little noise disturbance overnight." Nicola Lucic, 23 March 2009
"This is our second stay with Quest on The Terrace and once again it was awesome - friendly helpful staff, great apartment, magnificent view - we will definitely be coming back to stay again in future!" Samantha McGill, 13 February 2009
"Awesome place to stay - my partner and I were both very happy with the apartment - very clean, tidy & modern with full kitchen facilities. Would definitely recommend to other couples wanting to stay in style in Wgtn CBD..." Starfish, 22 January 2009
