Quest Taupo Response: Thank you for taking the time to post a review for your stay at Quest Taupo as we welcome the feedback. Mr Dunn had originally booked a Standard Studio apartment - however as he was staying 2 nights we decided to offer a Complimentary Upgrade to a Standard 2 Bedroom apartment as we felt this would offer a more spacious apartment. The upgrade was gratefully accepted. We are aware of the problem with the Bedroom doors which has come about due to an upgrade of the beds into Kings and King Singles rather than Queens. In fact the doors are being replaced this week with sliding doors to eliminate this problem. As we have never had any problem with water pressure in these units we can only assume that the low pressure was due to several people using showers at the same time given that we were 98% full for this particular weekend.
