Ruapehu Mountain Motel & Lodge Response: Thank you for this comment. There was, in the past, an occassional hot water supply problem in the value lodge room showers [only]. We have now overcome this hot water supply concern. Having just had a very busy week, with these room types being fully booked, every guest has had a hot shower on demand. All other unit types are well supplied with hot water. The motel units all have individual cylinders, and the Ensuite lodge rooms have adequate supply with 2 very large cylinders.
