"My only problem is that the air conditioner was not working. When I rang reception they said it was happened in a few of the rooms in the motel. I feel this was totally unacceptable. They should have moved my son and I to another room even with our six blankets the room was freezing. Next time I will go elsewhere." Dr Julieanne Vickery, 20 July 2011
