Sai Motels - Greenlane Auckland Response: Dear Guest,

Thank you for writing to us. We appreciate your feedback. Unfortunately, the day of your arrival, we were inundated with guests who were staying for the ACDC rock concert. All rooms were occupied with additional guests. This resulted in the shortage of towels, especially with early arrrivals. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

The smell in the bathroom might have been from the Cafe next door as they store their garbage along the wall. We will ensure that they take care of their garbage promptly.

Also at the reception, we do have water glasses as well as a water cooler, but we will also start keeping the glasses in rooms so that it provides more comfort to the guest.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused and do promise a warm stay the next time you are in Auckland. We wish to ensure every guest is comfortable.
