"The apartment we stayed in was a 2 bdrm rather than the 3 that we had booked. It was quite clean but one saucepan I went to use was not clean." Pamela Dalgleish, 28 January 2009

Sanctuary Lake Apartments Response: The booking error was caused by a 3rd party booking manager NOT by Ezibed.com or Sanctuary Lake Apartments. Booking manager was notified of error and changes have been made to prevent this from occurring again. This guest was contacted prior to arrival and accepted change in booking. Saucepan has been replaced.
