"Overall Hotel lived up to expectations. However if I was to pick out areas of improvement I thought reception and restaurant staff could have been a little bit more friendly and could take the lead from the concierge team who were exceptionally good to deal with and alway had a smile. "Stayed several times before and always great. Only small matters this time like milk in fridge not replaced as straw still in there. They did rectify this when I told them and gave us two. "Best stay we have ever had in an NZ hotel. Exceptional service from every staff member. We only stayed for one night so didn't have time to use the gym, sauna or indoor lap pool... regretted not bringing gear and togs. The buffet breakfast should never be missed!! Thanks SKYCITY Grand!"
