"On initial arrival. Bed not made, still dirty sheets on, no clean towels. No soap provided. On notifiying desk. Linen sorted but still no soap provided. ? provision of shampoo/conditioner. Anyway other than that the unit was really nice. Roomy and clean. Over all well worth the money and stay." Michele Murray, 1 November 2008
