"Unfortunately I had booked and paid for this accommodation but when I arrived it was just not up to scratch, certainly not Four Star. Stains on the carpet, the net curtains were rotten and ripped, the veranda wasn't swept, the pool was green, spa was empty, bed was hard and the room was very cold when we arrived.
