"Excellent value for money, attentive and very friendly staff. Very clean and well equipped room and an excellent location far enough away from all the busyness of Paihia yet close enough to walk places. I highly recommend this as being your place of choice. "There are no lift to the rooms and I was given a room on third floor when it was obvious that I am pregnant and would not be able to carry the luggage upstairs. My request to change to a ground floor room was done but the walls of the room was so thin you can hear the TV and nosies from the next room. Breakfast was ok, generally the staff were friendly.
