"This was the 2nd time we have stayed there. We found it has a very professional approach and the staff are very courteous and friendly. "Very nicely appointed rooms, new appliances, warm inviting atmosphere, immaculately cleaned, very comfortable stay. My wife and I enjoyed this hotel, and 3 doors down a restaurant a short walk down the road was excellent! The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, recommended a few places to visit while on our short stay in Napier, would definitely recommend staying at this hotel!!!
