"Excellent service. Fantastic location right on the viaduct and close to the CBD. A quite room in spite of location in entertainment district and my Friday and Saturday night stay. The studio I stayed in was very spacious, had a very comfortable bed, and a nice high stud ceiling to give a feeling of space. Room had excellent in air con, a dishwasher and even a washing machine and dryer, not that I used these. The only con was the rooms are getting near refit time, so the standard of finish is not what it must have been when new. However, I could not fault them for value for money and standard of service. Will definitely stay there again next time I stay in central Auckland." Quentin, 18 February 2010

"I was very disappointed with the room I was allocated. Having stayed in this place for a number of occasions and expressed my preferences for a quiet room on the upper floors, I was given a room facing the motor-way on level 4 where the traffic did not stop all night. I travel on business and I do not care much about the view as I am only there to sleep, so I will consider an alternative place for my next trip, although I do like your location and the service provided by reception but I need to get some sleep." Gloria Santander, 28 April 2009

"Although I would rate the Sebel as an 8 based on previous stay, I am giving the 4 this time because they said they did not get my request for a quiet room on the upper levels and they placed me underneath the free way which was terribly noisy.
