"Service was poor, bathroom sink was leaking, the water ran in front of the toilet, which meant we needed a towel on the floor so we didn't get wet feet, we told them about the problem and were told the maintenance man didn't come in till Monday. We left Tuesday with nothing done, rooms were not serviced till late afternoon everyday and when upstairs flushed their toilet it sounded like we were about to be flooded by a waterfall. "The accommodation was lovely. Unfortunately the unit I stayed in had not been properly cleaned after the previous guests. There were hairs in the bath, so it seemed it had not been cleaned at all. There was food - looked like ice-cream - on the remote control for the tv, and there was pink chewing gum on the patio wall outside the bedroom.

"We could not fault the suite or the service at Waterfront Suites. On arrival the suite was warm and welcoming. Everything was very clean and all appliances, linen etc of the highest standard.
