"Ian is welcoming, great conversationalist, knowledgeable and obliging in our “early” morning breakfast request. Being a fussy family we were pleased the house was immaculate with manicured lawns. Superb sleep thanks to the prim and proper linen. Fluffy towels, robes provided and the bathroom facilities were spick and span. Appetising, generous hearty brekkie and top marks for presentation.
