"Was OK Very, very small room space. We had two adults and two children and once the pull out sofa was 'out' as a bed you couldn't move. Wish we had been told it would be a pull out sofa and not a proper bed for the children. Left us only a couple of towels although 4 people were booked in." Anonymous, 10 May 2010

"I chose the Skycity Package which was great for nye, although a disappointment was that the 'champagne' as listed in the package turned out to be Aquila! Not so great. But the room we had with a king bed, spa and sky tv was great. the whole stay was very relaxing and the bed&pillows were amazing as well as the continental breakfast the next morning." "The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful - assisting with local information, and were very attentive - a very good 'window' to incoming guests. The room, while very nice was noisy as it backed onto a major roundabout with evening traffic constantly accelerating and decelerating through the roundabout.
