"No breakfast when breakfast is in the title of the accommodation. This is misleading. Small room with no outside sitting area. House was very far from town and directions to get there were wrong in the email.

"Marzia, Andrea, and Paolo were great hosts. Their home was lovely and the dinner of authenic Italian facaccia bread, pizza, and wine was wonderful although I thought a little pricey at $40/pp. Breakfast was excellent as well and was included in the B&B price.
