Terms and Conditions

When booking accommodation online through www.ezibed.com ("Ezibed.com") you ("the customer") agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

General Policies

  1. Ezibed.com provides a website for accommodation providers to sell room inventory.
  2. Each accommodation provider maintains and updates their room inventory and property information on the Ezibed.com website.
  3. Ezibed.com does not take responsibility for unavailability of rooms caused by the accommodation provider over selling its room inventory by displaying rooms online for which it does not have availability.
  4. Ezibed.com is committed to ensuring that the information on its website is accurate, but does not guarantee that the site is free from errors or omissions.
  5. Ezibed.com does not accept liability for any errors or omissions.
  6. Ezibed.com reserves the right to alter information published on the website if it is deemed incorrect or misleading.
  7. Ezibed.com does not take responsibility for the quality or suitability of any accommodation, product or service advertised on the website.
  8. Ezibed.com does not accept liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of or indirect use of the accommodation, product or service purchased through the website.
  9. Ezibed.com ensures that all personal information is kept secure and will not be passed on to any third party.
  10. Emails confirming bookings made on Ezibed.com are sent instantly to the email address you provide when making your booking. Sometimes there may be delays in receiving your email confirmation due to factors outside of the control of Ezibed.com. If you have not received your booking confirmation via email within 24 hours please contact Ezibed.com and a new booking confirmation will be issued.
  11. The customer must be 18 years or older to book accommodation through Ezibed.com.

 

Cancellation & Amendment Policies

  1. Ezibed.com adheres to the accommodation provider's individual cancellation policy.
  2. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING and emailed to only. Please state your booking ID, email address, first name and surname.
  3. If it is stated on your booking confirmation that 'bookings may not be amended or cancelled', then Ezibed.com will retain any deposit and booking fee paid.
  4. All cancellations must be confirmed by one of our consultants. If you have not received a confirmation of your cancellation request within 24 hours of submission, it means we have not received it and you must resubmit it.
  5. If a cancellation policy applies then the following is valid:

*** Outside of Accommodation Provider's Cancellation Policy Timeframe ***

  1. An administration charge of applies to all cancellations.
  2. If the Customer cancels a booking outside of the accommodation provider's cancellation policy timeframe then any deposit received by Ezibed.com (excluding booking fee) above the administration charge will be refunded back to the customer's credit/debit card.
  3. If the total deposit (excluding booking fee) is less than the administration charge, Ezibed.com will waive any further charges and the customer will forfeit any deposit paid as an administration charge.
  4. The Ezibed.com booking fee as stated on the customer's confirmation e-mail is non-refundable.

*** Within the Accommodation Provider's Cancellation Policy Timeframe ***

  1. If the Customer cancels a booking within the accommodation provider's cancellation policy timeframe stated on the accommodation provider's page within www.ezibed.com and on the customer's confirmation e-mail, or the customer fails to show on the day/evening of the booking, then the full deposit and booking fee charged by Ezibed.com is non-refundable.
  2. The customer authorizes Ezibed.com to charge their credit/debit card for full or part reparation of the amount owed on the customer's confirmation e-mail, depending on the individual accommodation provider's policy. All cards are securely stored as encrypted data with Direct Payment Solutions (DPS). For more information on Payment Express please visit www.paymentexpress.com

  3. The accommodation provider may if they choose, debit the customer's credit/debit card for the balance owed as per the accommodation provider's cancellation policy. If the accommodation provider is unable to debit the outstanding amount from the customer's credit/debit card, due to insufficient funds, then the accommodation provider may seek compensation through the normal legal channels.

*** Booking Amendments ***

  1. AMENDMENTS MUST BE IN WRITING and emailed to only. Please state your booking ID, email address, first name and surname.
  2. If the customer needs to amend a booking then Ezibed.com must be contacted, not the individual accommodation provider.
  3. An administration charge of will apply to all amendments. Ezibed.com reserves the right to deduct this amount from the customer's credit/debit card.
